Yes, once your wholesale account is approved, you will gain access to our B2B Media Portal. Here you can download high-resolution campaign imagery, packshots, and size guides for use on your e-commerce platform and social media.
What is your return policy for faulty items?
We maintain strict quality control, but if you receive a manufacturing fault, please report it via the B2B portal within 14 days of delivery. We offer a full credit note or replacement for verified faulty garments.
What payment terms do you offer to retail partners?
New accounts are initially set up on a Pro-Forma (pre-payment) basis. After a successful six-month trading period, partners may apply for 30-day net credit terms, subject to a formal credit check.
Do you offer drop-shipping services for online retailers?
